The Streat Franchising - Newtownabbey

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company for my mother's funeral. I ordered three sandwich platters, along with tea and coffee, totaling £45 (discounted), but was disappointed to find that there were no plates or condiments included. I was not informed that these were only provided with hot food. Despite my complaint, it was not properly addressed. While the food was good, it was definitely not worth the price I paid. (Note: I have included a picture of my purse beside the platter for reference).

I was disappointed with the food quality at The Streat today. I ordered a salad and was disappointed to find that after finishing the toppings and dressing, the salad underneath was wilted and starting to spoil. The brownies were also past their prime and ended up being hard and stale. The staff did their best but seemed overwhelmed.

I used to work for this restaurant, so I can personally attest that they serve good food. The portion sizes could be a bit larger, but they offer a great selection of freshly made sandwiches, subs, wraps, and paninis with various fillings. Overall, the food is good and the staff are also great.
