Mcdonald's - Nicholasville

They shut down door dash and online orders at 10 and even refund and deny online orders if you order after 10. Not just myself but multiple friends have had this happen. The sign says lobby opens at 5am. They don't let anyone in until 7am. Whoever is running night shift has lost them so much money and customers. Just 2 nights ago, my friend tried doing online around 10pm. The order was canceled and refunded.

Order with a code to get a quarter pounder with 2.00 purchase. Get home and open it up and gave me a double cheeseburger. How hard is it to get a order correct!!! Not that hard.

Over the years I’ve gone there a lot and they occasionally mess up an order but they always fix it without a problem. I haven’t had an order messed up from them in at least a year. The only problem I’ve ever had there is a messed up order other then that it’s average

It's a kiosk only store and, for the most part, can not get orders correct, and their lobby is missing proper cleanliness and not properly stocked. There was no salt packets, or ketchup. They have signage requesting five stars for service for free sandwiches, and there is no customer service at all. This is possibly one of the worst McDonald's locations to ever exist
