Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWould give 0 stars if i could. I received my food and got none of the right sauces and my tacos were made incorrectly. I also got the wrong slushy.
The food was amazing when it went down the first time, not so much the second time.I had a 7 Layer burrito and some chips and cheese. I'm quite positive I got food poisoning. That was the only thing I had all day!
They ALWAYS serve cold fries. I had mine replaced twice, and they lied and said the first two just came out of the grease. After going inside, the manager made them fresh, and then the box wasn't even full.
Missing cinnamon twists, Chipotle melt missing additional items (rice, beans), nacho fries were soggy and cold, grilled cheese burrito had black burnt cheese on it.
Once again I 'm caught in the middle of a fight between Taco Bell and Door Dash, neither one taking responsibility for my missing items. I really don 't care which one reimburses me I 'm just tired of the it wasn 't me argument. I had to call Door Dash corporate to get results before I guess I can do it againUnfortunately, I 'll have to curb my craving for tacos.
