The bagnet is crunchy even if it is submerged with kare-kare sauce The staff were accomodating, gave me a glass of water without asking : I will definitely try the Dinuguan Bagnet next time!
Great place if you are craving for Bagnet (Fried Port Belly). What I love most about them is that the created different filipino cuisines around Bagnet, making it even more delicious! Highly recommended!
Bagnet is our go-to place in La Salle area because you can never go wrong. My all time favorite order is their super crispy and delicious fried chicken which always comes with green mango sides and bagoong. Ughh it’s just so good! I’m actually drooling right now while typing this review
You could never go wrong with their bagnet meals and a bottle of beer to drown those cholesterol away. My favorite sauces are the kare-kare and dinuguan. They just have inconsistencies with portion sizes of the bagnet. I observed that some of friends ' orders had more chunks of bagnet than mine. I guess I suffer from plate envy . The plate is always better at the other side of the table. Parking is a bit problematic but the security guard is quick in pointing you to the right direction. There are enough tables with their second floor but the wait staff loses focus easily with the maze of tables. 8065 Bagnet is clearly a pork-loving beer-guzzling joint in the heart of San Antonio Village. Oink oink!!
Bagnet is a local term for deep fried crispy pork with its juicy and crunchy skin on. In 8065 Bagnet, they serve Bagnet cooked in different kinds of ways, giving you options and getting you involved in various cultures. Moreover, the meals are very affordable and you won’t believe the generous serving for only more or less a hundred pesos. Original Bagnet Taste the pure flavor of the fried pork, feel the oil dripping off the side of your mouth, and crunch your way to the last bite. Original is served with Mangga and their name forgetting Bagoong. I normally order this and ask for bagoong isda with calamansi and sili as my dipping sauce super legit! Bicol Express Bagnet While the Original Bagnet remains the bestseller, the “flavored” ones are not so bad either. From Ilocos, we travel all the way to Bicol by means of the Bicol Express Bagnet: deep fried pork in spicy coconut sauce. Just because Bicol Express is already good, doesn’t mean it can’t get any better. Sisig Bagnet As the bestfriend of Sisig, yes, Bagnet 8065 does serve BEER. Who wouldn’t enjoy drinking their favorite calorie filled gold bottle while munching on deep fried and then stir fried pork with onions and Sisig sauce? Binagoongan Bagnet Although it was nice eating this and the mixed Bagoong sauce wasn’t anything to complain about, it wasn’t how I imagined my plate to be. I wanted it with real 8065 Bagnet Bagoong. Maybe it would’ve been better that way, and it would’ve been more Ilocano that way. Or maybe it might’ve been nice if I just ordered Original Bagnet and Bagoong. Kare Kare Bagnet I am a huge Kare Kare fan and what better to eat than Kare Kare and Bagnet in a single dish! Although this is still incomparable to the homemade classic Kare Kare, it’s still very nice to have this once in a while. Fish Fillet in Shrimp Sauce I love fish! I appreciate the idea of letting it swim in a sea of Shrimp Sauce although the sauce tasted too flavorful to me. Side Dishes 8065 Bagnet offers various side dishes to accompany their delectable Bagnet. Among my own favorites are Tortang Talong, Ensaladang Mangga, and Manggang Hilaw.
