Hide-a-way Lounge - Niles

Awayner's Lakeside is a must-visit destination. Owners Rachel and Tom put their heart and soul into this place, and it shows. They have acoustic artists performing on occasion and the night I visited, the show was phenomenal, combining music and comedy. The staff and atmosphere are pleasant, and the food is award-winning. I tried the shrimp tacos, which were delicious, and the whiskey cocktails were top-notch. If you're looking for a memorable destination, Awayner's Lakeside is the place to be! 10/10.

I stopped by for a quick beer and some takeout. The service was excellent, even though the restaurant was busy. I tried the spicy beans and they were delicious. I also ordered the Steak sandwich with chips to go. Overall, the steak was of decent quality but slightly overcooked compared to my preference. Despite this, it was still tasty. I will definitely be back. The staff was short-handed, but the two ladies working there did an amazing job running the whole operation. This is a great place for good food! They just need a sign near the street so more people can find them!
