Cal'z Pizza Subs And Chicken Wings

Last night (May 3rd 2024) called in an order for two items. A ham stromboli, and a cheeseburger sub. The stromboli was overcooked, and I'm no expert but not sure how to mess up a cheeseburger sub more than to leave out the cheese. No supervision. I think the young crew were all high. They lost two local, long term customers !

Very very poor customer service. I called at 12:24 pm and ordered 2 slices with pepperoni, mushrooms and 5 wings. I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. I arrived at 12:50 and was told it would be 1 to 2 minutes. I then said oh, it’s not ready. Gentleman proceeds to tell me I just called 10 minutes ago as was very argumentative. He was rude and unprofessional. I don’t appreciate his argumentative attitude and I’m now scared to eat the food. He needs to be reprimanded.

First time trying this place and I had high hopes saying I’ve heard great things only to be disappointed. I ordered a delivery 5 wings fries and a soda took them an hour and a half prepping my food so my food was delivered late and cold not only that this is how I received my bag it’s as if the sauce (more greasy oil than sauce might I add) was poured on the bag itself and not the wings. Called them after the hour past just for them to say sorry about that order should be on the way. I tell them thank you I appreciate yall have a good one thinking they just had a rough night but my food will be great quality and not be something I wish I didn’t order but nooo! Very disappointed a waste of almost 20 dollars on DoorDash may have to try a different place in the future but overall put a bad taste in my mouth.

Food here is great, and reasonably priced. But more importantly the staff and service is awesome! Very friendly, been in several times and always received a warm and friendly greeting.

We got delivery and was pretty disappointed. The pizza was ok, but the grease and Buffalo “sauce” was spilled all over the bag and top of this box. The “sauce” was grease water, not buffalo sauce at all. I would order pizza from here but definitely not wings.
