Buffalo Wild Wings - Norfolk

Had so much fun. The environment waz so lit. People enjoying the sports game was so exciting hilarious. The food service was quick. The waitress was very helpful friendly bathroom ????was clean stocked well.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one other table in the restaurant. We stood for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the front to greet us. We were told to take any table, and after 10 minutes, no one had come to our table. I told the hostess the next time I saw her, and she told me she would get our waitress. By the time we placed our order, we had already been there 20 minutes. Someone from the OTHER table came over to tell us they had been waiting for over an hour and still hadn?t gotten their food. We waited it out, and they brought one order about 45 minutes after we ordered. And then after another 30 minutes the other order hadn?t come. We were in the restaurant for 1.5 hours, still without our whole order. What was missing: WINGS! The very thing in your name! We cautioned a few people who came in, and turned a few away.

This was my first time ever eating from them and I would say over all great experience next time I just may have to dine in

I can safely say tonight I received the worst service in my life. It was not very busy but it still took an hour to get our food. Waiter was awful, brought half the table straws, took 10+ minutes to bring our drinks and forgot to take half the table?s order. Didn?t get any napkins, had to walk to the bar. No refills even after asking more than once. Waiter made the people paying come up to the card reader to pay and asked if they wanted to leave a tip. Seemingly to guilt them into tipping. I always tip but given that ridiculous ?service? I wouldn?t have tipped at all. He basically got paid for nothing. Will not return to this location ever. And that server needs a new job, I would give his name but he didn?t have a name tag. How professional ????

Frequent this business a lot and usually in the VA beach area. Went there for lunch with a coworker and we stood in the front to be seated for 10-15 minutes and just left. Our time is limited for lunch and it just really cut in to our lunch time. I'm sure the issue is COVID,social unrest,economy, supply chain and short staffed...(ect) So no reason to complain but Im not going to visit this establishment specifically as my time is valuable and I'm sure thier is too. Nevertheless, not going to get anymore of my patronage.
