I prefer this place over other fast food spots, especially because they offer the option to get a shake instead of soda. The mini market is really convenient as well.

Our debit cards were declined a few times, and when we asked if we could split the payment, the manager said no. However, we managed to do two separate transactions, and that worked out. The server who assisted us was very patient and understanding, but the manager seemed visibly frustrated. I’m giving 4 stars because the entire restaurant staff worked hard to provide good service. I would suggest that the management adopt a more solution-oriented approach when dealing with issues. I understand that this industry can be quite stressful, and I empathize with where the frustration comes from. Overall, good job, team!

I only visited the drive-thru and ordered two brownie fudge sundaes without nuts. However, there were still nuts on them. When they handed me the first one, I mentioned the mistake, and they fixed it, but the second one still had nuts.

The customer service is always good. I have never had good that wasn't well-prepared from any Braum's location. They are classic American fare with a focus on their fresh, locally-sourced beef and dairy products. You can get food that doesn't make you sick for less than the competing chains because they don't have to cut corners to keep the food fresh. No preservatives. No chocolate mucous *cough* (MCDONALD'S). Excuse me. They also have a small grocery shop in every location. YOU CAN GO SHOPPING AT THIS FAST FOOD CHAIN. ACTUAL SHOPPING TRIP. Good setup.

This Braums always has rude customer service! Asking them to bag multiple sundaes when buying them in the drive thru is like asking for something offensive! Tonight while I sat as the only vehicle in the drive thru order window for five minuets another car entered the second order window and immediately their order was taken. I had to say “Hello??” For anyone to answer me! If I could have clicked NO stars I would have!
