Dunkin' Donuts - North Andover

I tried to visit the restaurant at 7 PM, but both doors were locked, even though their website and the posted hours indicate they should be open until 8 PM. The staff was inside, yet they didn’t acknowledge the people waiting outside and just ignored us.

I just waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for an iced coffee, and this isn't the first time I've experienced this at this location. The service is consistently terrible.

I visited this restaurant twice, and both times I tried to order a hot latte at the drive-thru. On my first visit, I waited 9 minutes for my order. The second time, I ordered the same hot latte and ended up waiting 17 minutes. Initially, they told me they were out of milk (no milk at 6 a.m.?), and then they offered me a latte with almond milk instead. However, when I opened the lid, I discovered it was just regular coffee. I had to request a replacement for the latte. No one apologized for the long wait or the mix-up with my order.

Omg people s bunch of kids it took 20 minutes to get a small coffee and wrap on a Saturday. Let?s work on efficiency at this location

Went at 620 am and the doors were locked!!! 8 cars in line for drive thru . But could not go in and order. So i left. Last stop there for me.
