I have come several times to this place- food is simply amazing. I come all the way form NY for great tasting lamb over rice. But today I had a horrendous experience there was 1 gentleman working at front who was dealing with customers in a nice manner and I was actually waiting in line to give my order. After a minute a lady came and she didn’t had her mask on that is one of the least of the problem actually. From beginning she had a really bad attitude and she called out who can she help next. So I stepped forward and she said come to the other side where the ordering starts.. I walked over and said I would want 1 order of lamb over rice.. She started filling in the the platter with rice and lamb. Now the most horrendous part- she was want do you want on it? I told her And pointed my finger to the onions and green peppers.. she said “you got to speak louder than that I can’t hear you it’s not a church!” Then I told her again and she started slamming the onions and green peppers on to the food platter and at that point I was so shocked at her treatment to food she was so disrespectful. I had to walk out without taking that food as I had a really bad taste in my mouth and lost my appetite and I couldn’t even imagine eating the food at that point she was just literally tossing the salad into the food platter. I don’t mean to give a bad review and I do support local businesses but this experience was the worst and I drove all the way from NY to get worst customer experience ever! Updated 3/19/22 Manager Zak reached out to me personally and after having a conversation with Zak I am very much inclined to change my review to 5 star. Because there is always a bad apple and what matter the most is what actions are taken place when encountered with such difficult situations when it comes to providing customer service. Zak has taken appropriate actions toward that employee and made sure it won’t happen again. Looking forward to coming in again soon for lamb over rice! Updated 10/24/2023: As I am a regular customer: Tonight was extremely rude behavior I had to go through just because I asked for a little bit of tomatoes in my gyro. I only wanted tomatoes and cucumbers in my salad. I specifically told me give me cucumber and tomatoes from different containers but he chose to just give 1 scope of mixed tomatoes and cucumbers which mind you was only showing cucumbers and slight hint of tomatoes. The rude employee with a mask on as shown in the picture took my food away and started disrespecting me and told me that I will not get served food tonight. Mind you I drove all the way from NY. This person started to yell and curse at me because I told him I want my food and asked him for his name which he refused to give me. And he said my name is D n ts. I told him that someone else can serve me he said “I can bet you $100 you will not get served tonight. Get out of here” This rude employee embarrassed me in from of all the customers. That’s how you treat your customer?? When I told him I will leave a customer review and he started cursing me and said go ahead and I will sit and read it word by word and laugh. It’s as if this employee does not fear for his job or cares nothing for the reputation for the restaurant or it’s owners.

I called at 1035 pm to order food ahead to pick up. Upon answering they said they had already put the food away and were unwilling to make the food. Disappointing to say the least.
