Order pizza online for delivery from this store. The order was filed at 19:47 and it said delivery between 20:20-8:25 PM. Around 8:45 I tried to call the store three times to answer someone and then hang up immediately. Wing in the store to pick up only the order as it was now over an hour since I placed the order. When I came to the store, the door was closed with four people sitting on the counter and laughing at me. Finally, one came to the door and said to pick up my order, I would have to get through for the ride. The trip was wrapped around the building and the road down. So they refused to give me only my order, which is already paid. There is no way to cancel the order for me to get my money back and they will not answer the phone without hanging on me to cancel it. Wait for a call from the customer service line if this is how their shops with their orders and customers I can see why the service line is busy. Update: now at 9:29 it says that my order has been delivered and not long has a tracking number and says about orders. I don't know how to get my money back. That was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Drive thru is pretty fast and lunch pizzas are always hot. A cheese lunch pizza can be ordered in the window with a relatively short waiting time.
Through the ride and got a burned pizza. I recognized it home once. I was back and the manager on the layer, not only replaced my pizza, but gave me an extra. Thank you.
I'm so over this Little Caesars as much as I try to give them a chance it never works pieces cheese is all burnt like it's just been sitting there at the marinara sauce is all dried up it's just horrible like seriously do better y'all not care. And it's not like it happens once or twice every time I go I end up complaining cuz the pizza is horrible
