BEYOND UPSET WITH THIS DUNKIN!! WAITED IN LINE FOR 20 MINS TO GET A HAM EGG AND CHEESE WITH NO CHEESE AND FROZEN HASHBROWNS. i used to be a dunkin donuts manager the cheese i can see being forgotten but for the hashbrowns to be wet and frozen because the employees cant hit 30 seconds on a warmer and keep it in there for the full time is insane. whoever was on sandwhich station 7/2/21 around 1030 am should be fired, never mind them so should the manager for hanging up on me when i called to report what had happened. this will be going to corp &the owners of this chain. Absolutely inexcusable behavior I am truly appalled
Over the years, the restaurant has become more affordable but the quality has declined. I remember how much better the coffee used to be ten years ago, with a richer flavor. Although I was never a fan of their food, they did have impressive quality coffee back then. Unfortunately, it seems that the coffee is now watered down, which is disappointing considering the high quality beans they used to use. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame to see the decline in quality.
The staff at the restaurant need to improve their math skills, as I consistently receive incorrect change from the window cashier. It is frustrating to always have to double-check my change.
Got 2 coffees and one tea, had to correct the order twice, and watch the girl make the drinks one at a time and still screwed them up. Now I know why people have stopped going here.
