The presentation was beautiful, our 5 subs came in a brown paper bag, cute bag easy to carry. Once I'm home it is very easy to distinguish each other's sandwich because they give you an option online to personalized your sub My kids and I used our nicknames and it was part of the experience that we loved. In other insistences we have a hard time figuring out who's food is who's since we all order different things but with Jerseys Mike's we will never have that issue. Bread is delicious and the deli meat is tasty.While eating my kids told me that from now on its no more Subway only Jerseys Mike's#MikesWay
0 customer service skills in this restaurant. Guy taking your order corrects you and laughs at you when you tell him what you want. Overall feeling of the store is not friendly, cashier did not say a word to me and basically got dirty looks from everyone but the new guy training. Go to a different location.
Always welcoming by employees once you walk inside that 's nice food is always fresh really good specially best desert after sandwich grab a cookie on the way out so fresh delicious! Only 1 star low because employees always rushing you by saying anything else 10x if not more please give me time to think but overall doing great job .. location is absolutely great right off the freeway exit and inside of the NoHo west open shopping plaza definitely a lot of parking! Ambiance is outstanding you may enjoy your sandwich indoors or outdoors.
Only reason they get a 3 and not a 0 is because of how much I love their sandwiches. Been going to jersey mikes for years(different locations) and never had an issue . The guy working the meats has some major f n attitude. Very disrespectful to all the customers while I was in there including myself. I suggest fixing that issue because it's a bad representation of this great establishment.
I recently visited this store with my seven year old son. We ordered our usual and went to the table to eat. After opening my sandwich I realized it wasn’t cut in half. No big deal of course but when I asked the lady at the register if she can cut it in half she looked at me and quickly walked away. My sandwich sat there on the counter next to the register for quiet some time. I went back to ask if she was going to have it cut? I couldn’t believe it when handed me a 10’ kitchen knife and said you can do it yourself. Unbelievable! My son and I asked for refund and walked out the site. She refused to give me her name. It’s sad to see that someone worked so hard to get to this point and have several stores but can’t higher and train properly. We won’t be back
