He then didn't want to ask the other employees because he was scared he would be wrong. Customer service is terrible. My job is around the corner been going here for years. I will not be anymore thanks to Everett. Terrible customer service.
I just went in to get a couple donuts but they had a special on six so I got three of the Boston cream and three jelly filled and boy they were good!! Didn’t have to wait at all. And the restrooms very clean!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchairs and restroom
This is the third time I went to this store. Ordered ice coffee. Received a cup of ice with cream. Dumped it in my cold cup didn't even have a half of cup of coffee. It was all ice and cream. Didn't even taste like coffee. Choose a different store don't go to the one on Ten Rod Road. They don't know how to make coffee.
Very rude. Blonde blue eyed older lady tossed a wasp at me through the drive through. A WASP. Then looks at me laughs and goes oh sorry and slams the drive through window. I was genuinely appalled and she shrugged and walked away. Then laughed the the blue eye silky brown blonde hair girl in the back. I’m allergic to wasps and COULD HAVE BEEN STUG. when the other woman came back to give me my order I asked if that seriously just happened and they treated me like a Karen … that’s so disgusting. Customer service is a zero.
We come and do art in the cafe, employees have always been kind, patient, and willing to help when needed. I get an odd order, a coffee milk in a cup of ice with cold foam on top, which has been met with many different reactions across the land of Dunkin's, but this location is especially patient and didn't make me feel bad.Enjoyable time and good people.
