I'm not sure if they get the bottom of the barrel of food shipments, but my crispy chicken was mad. not sure how this is possible. also the manager who took my order sounded like she was sleeping and said 3.5 words.
I love their new Sunrise Melon Lemonade, when it is mixed right, and I like it paired with their hot honey chicken sandwich. A couple of times though, this specific location has messed up on my order and they haven't been very willing to accept that they made a mistake or help when I have asked that they fix my orders.
I was surprised at how.good the breakfast menu is! Wayyyy better then McDonald's or burger King, eggs are real eggs not weird yellow sponges; bacon is crisp and not deep fried cardboard. Oj and milk are good brands and the seasoned potato/fries are soooo gooood!!
Bun was super hard on part of my son's burger. They refused to replace it even though I asked. Their reason was because he discovered it partway through eating it. Fries weren't any better; each container had ones like this in it. Their service is slow and completely not up to par; ordering took about 5-8 minutes, and they still didn't get order right. Dine in area isn't kept clean either. Worst Wendy's I have been to. I won't be returning; a customer behind me said they know to not come to this one, because it has a bad reputation.
Waited at curbside pickup for over 45 minutes with my children screaming in the car because they were hungry. Then decided to go inside, but the doors Were locked even though there were customers inside. Finally opted to go somewhere else and lose the money I had spent . I reached out to Wendy's to their customer service line, email and chat and have not received a response over 2 months later. WOW.
