It was for my kid and the fact that my husband was at work and I just left work to grab it for him was rude ?
My family and I have been eating at this location once a week for years. We just got our order and every item was wrong, some items missing. Had to be Intentional. The chicken looked a bit weird and my kids all have upset bellies. We will never return. Attached is a pic of two chicken sandwiches one of which is more like a nugget. All our double cheese were single hamburgers and items missing from happy meals.
Saturday night.. I got a 6 piece that was completely raw inside. Drove all the way back went in only for them to blankly stare at me and not even apologize. They replaced the food but at that point I was so mad disgusted we didn’t eat it. Absolutely ridiculous!
I have went thru the drive thru 3 times in at least the last 1.5 months at this location and each time my sandwich is incorrect. Ordered a bacon 1/4 burger ketchup only...no bacon. 2nd time ordered this, again no bacon and no ketchup, 3rd time ordered reg 1/4 burger ketchup only. Had to tell 3 people my order thru the drive thru process (which is okay if they give u the right food) this time I get home and I have a burger with everything on it. I shouldn't have to check my food b4 I leave the parking lot and all 3 times I was tired and was home b4 I opened my food to see it was wrong.
