This place has definitely gone down hill AND VERY FAST! I have given this place a few good chances. First disappointment when I went to get a fish sandwich and requested it fresh, got home and it was cold and the fries weren't all the way done. Called and complained and they were going to refund me. Went days later didn't have the receipt and was charged full price for the same sandwich that didn't come with lettuce or tomato lol cause they didn't have any, yet, still charged me full price? Ridiculous. The last couple times the fries weren't done all the way. Use to be one of the best Arby's, but NOT anymore. Oh THANKS AGAIN for that refund on the fish sandwich, NOT there should be no stars on this
It was decent for a quick meal. The food was good, and the kids really enjoyed the curly fries. However, the service was quite slow. Even when you go back to the counter to order another serving of fries, you still have to sit and wait for a few minutes or longer before they call you to pick them up when they're ready. I'm not sure why it takes so long.
I had an outstanding experience at the Arby's location on Route 82 in North Royalton. The personal service was fantastic, especially from Ted, who was incredibly helpful with my special order due to food allergies. He made an effort to connect with customers on a personal level, which was truly impressive. The customer service was top-notch overall, and I want to express my gratitude to this Arby's for their assistance and prompt service. Thank you!
I found sediment in my cup when I ordered Diet Coke; they really need to clean their soda dispensing nozzles.
