Food was subpar, long waiting time but the worst thing isn’t the time, the server was rude and unprofessional, especially when my dad asked why his food wasn’t here for 30+ mins but seeing 2 tables came after, and got their food, the waitress just told my dad “you have to wait for their food anyways (me and my sister’s plate which just minutes before)”. Wow, I guess its our fault for visiting the business. would give 0 stars if I can because thats not even the first time, last time the waiter was dreaming and ending up giving my order to another party sitting next to us, both parties told him the situation and he just look at them (the other party) like they dont belong there and mumbled to himself and left.

Food is ok. Portion size is smaller, and price is higher comparing to some other similar restaurants.

Have not been to this location/restaurant for a while and now it is under a new management. Food are still mainly Cantonese fare but with fewer choices and prices are higher even in this pandemic times.The Seafood Ho Fun $15.99) lacks the "wok-hei ' which is a skill set most chefs do not know or bother to offer it. The sauce is not flavourful and not enough. The cuttle fish is half cooked and chewy.The second dish of Baked Chicken in Portuguese sauce $13.99) is at best below average. The chicken is diced and shallow fried instead of whole piece and fried with seasoned sauce.

Been going here for at least 7 years through this same units multiple re-brands and name changes. Its always been decent hk fare. But we stopped going a while back when ourselves and friends found bugs in separate occasions in the food. We gave it another chance today as their food really has been improving in quality as weve been trying their takeout now and then during the pandemic. We found a cricket in the soup today on dine in. We weren't able to really take a picture in time. They had a conditional pass on July 15, 2020 from TO dinesafe that was overturned into a pass two days later.Breaks my heart that it happened yet again after all these years but even if this was a freak coincidence its just not acceptable.

I love this restaurant. Price is reasonable and food is always fresh and tasty.
