I requested for my chicken to be fresh and found the waitress very rudeThis is the second time she has been rudeUnexceptional in now day an age !

I asked if they had pickles to put on my chicken burger, and they had wedges so I said no worries that’s okay. I started eating and five minutes later a lady came out all shy and sweet and said “I tried to slice it as thinly as possibly for you.” ???

Always a good time with great food and service. Wendy S. is an excellent server.

Went in during weekday lunch rush. Fare prices considering the times we're in. These Swiss Chalets would get packed, but it was fairly empty. I hope dinner rush are much more full.

The food is what you 'd expect from Swiss Chalet, a plate of various shades of beige. Definitely not anything to get excited about. The server was unpleasant and he was put out by any 'additional ' requests we made. It was not very busy when we went for dinner at 5:30PM on a Sunday.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, crayons highchairs. They did not provide children 's cutlery.
