Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy daughter and I attended a local college and wanted lunch before I went back to Maine. One of the students suggested Sylvesters. We had waited about half an hour on Saturday at 1:00. It was worth it. I had the potato bowl in Brussels, which was exactly that with bacon onions and I also added ham, with a nitro cold brew coffee. My only complaint is that no sugar substitute is available in the table. The meal was delicious and we have some baked goods from the café for the street. A huge chocolate macaron, a huge double chocolate of salted biscuits and a s'mores bar. All three were just $5.89 and delicious.
When I leave my paradise of South Florida I love going to my second paradise of Northampton. The first morning and the last morning and many other morning I am in town There is only one place where I have my Chai tea banana pancakes and a friendly server that serves me breakfast. Since I've been working in Sylvester's business, my first breakfast dining experience is still my first. Thank you to the staff of Sylvester
My first time on Sunday. Here are my first impressions; find parking early so you need to go so far, it is not far either way from the surrounding lot. There will be a waiting period because there is DAS Breakfast / Brunch space to be. The banana bread of French toast with real maple syrup is something I never had, phenomenal! I usually don't like Benedict, but I was asked to give a shot to her Irish Benedict or Irish Benny. So I, it was the most delicious morning meal I've ever had. Fresh beef and hash mixed with the moist half-sweet maize bread/muffin underneath and all are pollinated with eggs and Hollandaise sauce. Each piece of the puzzle would be exquisite on its own. These people know the breakfast. No problem about medium eggs, every time. As a good friend of mine said, the bacon here is the stuff dreams are made. She couldn't be more accurate, bacon as it is made SHOULD every time. Atmosphere makes you feel like you have several times before with how the hosts and waiters feel you. I'd definitely go back. Just wish it wasn't a 30-minute drive.
Go early. You'll never be disappointed. I had the Huevos Rancheros, not on many menus, fantastic. Almost too much to eat, but pick up the salsa and the sour cream on the side or it will cool your dish. Very friendly place, very busy. But it's always worth it.
Delicious food served with a smile. They have a great variety of dishes, made from local ingredients, high-quality and reasonably priced. On the weekend the wait can be significant, but it's always worth it! the food and service are unbeatable. I always leave satisfied. My favorite breakfast place in The Valley!
