I ordered a pizza and it took an hour to arrive. When it finally came, I was excited, but it was based on tomato instead of the BBQ I had ordered, and it was cold and stale. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't send me a new pizza. My friend also tried a bite and agreed that it was tomato-based.
On most Saturday evenings, my family and I order from Domino's in Kingsthorpe. Unfortunately, the service at this particular location seems to be deteriorating. We have experienced instances where customers are made to wait for their orders, only to be told that it was given to someone else. Every week, there is a long line of customers waiting to pick up their orders, with staff seemingly ignoring them. This week, our chicken combo order was incorrect, with only 12 wedges, 5 regular pieces of chicken, and 2 small chicken goujons. Although we were offered a replacement with a drink or a £15 credit on our next order, I would have preferred to have received the correct order in the first place. Furthermore, the garlic bread we ordered was lacking cheese on half of it, leaving it tasting bland. I am tired of constantly having to call to rectify these mistakes. It seems that the employees spend more time chatting and laughing rather than focusing on providing better service.
If we could give less than one, I would order that pizza for the birthday of my son on the app. pizza never arrived, although the tracker said it was delivered almost 45 minutes after the order. we called and couldn't get through. when they finally answered, we were promised immediately. 40 minutes later, no pizza and 2 hungry children at 9:20 o'clock. I called again and asked for a manager who the lady said she was, although her English was so poor, she could not understand what no said. she promised again that the food was sent, but apologised the shocking service that said it was busy! we have not yet waited pizza after 2.5 hours and no offer of a refund.
Because the customer service goes, this is the worst thing I've ever experienced and the half later did not mention eating and talking to the manager callum who said we have a lack of driving, so not sure when they are. cant cancel or have any kind of indemnification, only website and wait until it appears! incredible that I should have gone into the pizza hat.
