There's a reason why Sarah Stegner is one of the best chefs in the Midwest. Her Kehoe Salmon with apple pomegranate cabbage salad is pure heaven. This salmon literally melted in my mouth perfectly crispy on the outside and like butter on the inside and the salad perfectly match the dish. If I could have lick the plate I would have but I didn't want to be banned from her restaurant. This dish really proves that she's a culinary genius.
The reviews promised a great meal. To be fair I have the seasonal grilled chicken salad and burrata. Best burrata I've ever had. However, my spouse have the salmon burger and it was the blahest salmon patty that we have ever eaten. The atmosphere was nice, think eating dinner at the clubhouse. Most of the customers were retires and seemed popular.
