I usually order X-Large pizzas for both the value and to feed my family, but when the third order arrived, I noticed the box was smaller, and the slices were too. A quick measurement confirmed it was only 16 inches instead of the promised 18 inches. After spending $40, including tax and tip, I called to address the issue and was told it wasn't a problem. They offered a $2 credit for my next order. This isn't the level of customer service I was hoping for, which is unfortunate because the pizza really is quite good.
The food is always fine but the service? I called with a complaint because my order was more than an hour late. When o called the man on the phone sounded drunk out of his mind, he could even put a sentence together. I called an hour before closing and he said he had already sent his drivers home just a bit before. He also told me that he couldn't do anything and that if it doesn't arrive then thats to bad. the Store has been closed for some time now and my food never arrived
How did I miss this place for the past three years??The pizza by the slide was simply amazing. The dough texture and pepperoni flavors were really good. The brick oven is a huge plus. Congratulations, guys.
This establishment is declining in quality. I am no longer satisfied as a customer. The owner is rarely present or accessible. The food quality varies greatly. There's a staff member who often has a poor attitude, which affects the experience.
The pizza is fantastic and the service is excellent. The garlic knots are amazing, and everything on the menu is of the highest quality.
