I agree about the manager of this store being arrogant and unhelpful. I try to go in when I can't see him around. He is the Basil faulty of health food shops. Beware.

I lived in Beeston for a while before I noticed this place whilst shopping at Sainsburys (it is opposite the supermarket and decided to go in after I couldn't get the vegan products I wanted at the supermarket. Whilst OOTW does stock meat and non veggi items there is a great range of vegan foods, chilled, frozen and storecupboard items and I managed to get powdered soymilk here for a trip abroad when I could find it nowhere else, and at a great price! The staff are really friendly and the place has a good atmosphere, nice to find vegan marshmallows occasionally too however they sell fast! Brilliant place to go to stock up for a vegan BBQ in the summer, even omnivores will appreciate the quality of foods you can buy here down to the marshmallows! Recommended for vegans in the area :

Sells the mix of animal products and vegan foods together with domestic, cleansing products and some garden work. excellent COVID security measures (transport light entry system and hands-anitary,) but small walks between regals. refillable soap and detergent dispensers. good to find and try new vegan selection of substitutes, vegan Vish sauce, non-milk set, tofu range from sausage and burger, etc.

Many options that are packed in the load, including many vegan cheese meat substitutes as well as their usual organic shop articles. great refill options for cleaning supplies. the personal was very friendly, but had not yet had any interaction about the review.

I agree that the manager of this load is arrogant and not helpful. I'm trying to get in if I can't see him. he is the basil who misses the health food business.
