Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI need to contact OpenTable. Red Lobster was unable to process my $10 open table reward card. They were unaware of OpenTable, they had never seen the reward card/credit card before. They were unable to process it because it is against their rules to input a card number without having the actual card to process. It was rather embarrassing since I was taking my granddaughter to lunch. I have been unable to find anything online to contact you. Please reply. Thank you, Janis Hutson The manager tried his best. They were very nice about it.

Waitress Kathy appeared high or stoned hostess Sara had an attitude..I ask for a for it took 20 min then my food was cold...I had a reservation and I waited 1hr 40 min even though I had reservations
I used Open Table thinking I had a reservation, I have used this app before at Red Lobster and didn’t have to wait long even when they were busy. When we gif there at our reservation time, the hostess said she checked us in. I heard others walking in and getting an estimate of an hour wait. We ended up waiting and hour for our table of five. I could tell they were short staffed which I understand. My expectation was that I had a reservation and might have to wait for some time for my table but not a whole hour. If that was the case I would have just walked in and hour earlier than my reservation. Disappointed..
