I 'm writing the promised review to the short-haired waitress ; I hope it wasn 't just a coincidence and that I found a great restaurant. We stopped here for lunch and ordered an ordinary roll. For the usual price, we got great-tasting food, which was also nicely prepared, and it was also a very decent portion. It tasted so good that I had another portion packed for home. And after lunch I also ordered a coffee that they wouldn 't be ashamed of in a cafe. They have only one mistake and that is that they don 't want to move to Prostějov :D I recommend the restaurant! I took food with me, the ribs didn 't excite me personally, but they really do burgers and the light Caesar salad was also excellent Portions are generous. Burgers and ribs are a hit here, the ribs are made in a convection oven I had a little discussion with the owner about these very ribs, he was personally touched that I gave them a small rating, where I confess that the ribs spoiled the impression of the whole dinner, because I had completely different expectations. So I 'm adding a description of the preparation of the ribs directly from the owner We don 't grill the zebra, but we bake them in bbq sauce in a combi oven with bread. Rub it with garlic to give it some flavor. Most of the time, zebrafish is made with smoked, honey, and we make bbq sauce, which of course is sweeter, but that makes us different from the others and makes it tastier I dare say that we never have it dry! For me, it is important that they are not dried out, warm with a bit of browning. Maybe I was not lucky with the portion and I will be glad if you support the owner with your own opinion, obviously a decent owner and dedicated to the restaurant, I am changing the rating to 4 stars, I like his enthusiasm for the food, which he obviously makes with love and passion.
