We came by for a rehearsal dinner as we considered the restaurant as a possible place for our wedding party. Before we came, we had a very nice conversation with Andrea, obviously one of the (head? operators of the Black Eagle, who enlightened us about the concept and possibilities and suggested a tasting dinner. We reserved for a Tuesday evening (the restaurant is only open to Di-Sa and were also welcomed by Andrea. She showed us the very beautiful garden/backyard (which unfortunately did not come into consideration for our autumn wedding, as well as the restaurant and the two adjoining rooms on the first floor. It was positive that the new team put a lot of work and effort into the renovation! Furthermore, the doors of the kitchen were open, so we could catch a look into the kitchen. Welch joyous drive: After the tour we took place in the restaurant and ordered an aperitif beside water: a cuvée and a Riesling champagne. As a gang we decided on a main course: the duck mouth pockets and the tasty Ibericoschwein. But of course that wasn't all that was brought us delicious from the kitchen.... probably the pictures speak better than my interpretation of the food, but I would like to try: first there was some bread with sea salt butter, then as an amuse a small spice from wild herbs of the region, gazpacho with shrimps and cucumbers, a kind of ice cream from herbs, our ordered main foods and finally a dessert from pumpkin seeds, chocolate and basert really was a feast! We were really very friendly and courteously served, the chef René himself brought the dishes to us and told us every single gear; the Gazpacho and Dessert even went to the house! A visit to the Black Eagle is worth ALL FELLE! It is really an enrichment for the Nuremberg gastronomy... we wish René and his team a really good start and hope that the Michelin and the gourmet may not get too fast wind from this pretty restaurant so that you can continue to eat there without chi-chi and weeks of waiting. : we definitely come back! :

An excellent address I recommend without hesitation! The service is impeccable, very professional and especially friendly and smiling! What about the menu? Top! Really delicious. It's good, it's gourmet, it's very beautiful presented and it's delicious! To rotate without problems
