Ihop - Oak Ridge

The food was ok. With the wait time for a table and getting the food was 1.5 hours. The food was warm and they messed up my husband's order but fixed it with no issues. Servers were nice and friendly. I had the ginger apple French toast and it was very good.

Nice staff and quick service. The order was packaged well and included cutlery, salt, pepper, and butter. As for the food, this picture really does not do it justice. The omelette was large with plenty of my selected ingredients. Easily two meals if paired with fruit and toast. Definitely a great option if you are looking for more than the usual fast food offerings.

Overall good experience. However they seem to just have one server and one Cook on duty on a Friday night during football season! That sounds to be a recipe for disaster! But it was actually not that busy. The server was actually good but was running around like a chicken with her head cut off, trying to do everything. There were dishes on an empty table she couldn't get to because she was busy taking care of customers. The food was okay but my Colorado Omelette was a little on the small side. Those things used to be huge! They just need more people working. The server herself says her tips suffer because people have to wait all the time.

Terrific service for our mid afternoon meal break. Great IHOP, food was well prepared, tasty and well presented. Drinks were kept well filled. Very good IHOP! Will return!

Great food, great service. Only complaint is on fountain drinks. They taste off. Can't exactly put my finger on it. That, and it would be nice to have a few different selections on them. Other than that, food is always good, and haven't had a bad experience yet!
