Kfc - Oak Ridge

The KFC in Oak Ridge is possibly the worst in the entire franchise. The service and food quality are inconsistent. They are often out of chicken by 7pm and expect customers to wait an additional 20 minutes while they prepare more. The staff seem disinterested in dealing with customers. The last time I visited in May 2024, the chicken I purchased was soggy with grease. There are much better chicken places in town to visit instead of wasting your time here.

The food is delicious when available, but the problem is that they frequently run out of items. They struggle to keep their products stocked and ready for customers. During my visit, I had to wait for gravy, Mac n cheese, and chicken, and they were completely out of coleslaw. It's surprising how a restaurant can operate in this manner.
