It felt like a meat processing factory. We had to wait a long time even though we had made a reservation, and the manager was rude when we asked about our table. They tried to offer us a different seating arrangement but only after making us wait for an additional 30 minutes. Ultimately, we decided to leave without being seated and have no intention of returning. I would advise others to steer clear of this place.
I went to the restaurant for dinner and was very impressed with both the service and the food. My only critique is that the restaurant is too dimly lit.
Last night, my family and I went to a restaurant for dinner. Our son was home from university with his girlfriend, and I had gift cards from my students. We had a lovely evening, starting off with some Calamari, baked Brie, and a wedge salad to share. Then we all ordered steaks, which were cooked perfectly and exactly as we had requested. Our server was excellent, very friendly and had perfect timing. When she asked if it was a special occasion, I mentioned that it had been my son's birthday earlier that week. She surprised us by bringing a birthday ice cream sundae for him, as well as one for us to share. It was a beautiful and unexpected gesture. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and enjoyed every moment of it.
I left this place for the last time... took the family for dinner for my wife bday. Did there about 315 to beat the whole rush, like I was a 3 years old, so the waitress Darrell took our order np....... waited 10 min for the salad... then about 45 min for me to look at my wife, as my son appears and says where our food is...both our drinks are empty like what is going on here? 5 min later I contact with DARRELL she says I don't want where your food is ...sorry 2 more min ok ... so we wait 10-15 more min a manager brings my sons food and says I can tell myself everything... lol lol I look at her and say yes Our FOOD MAYBE .... she says yes 2 min wait in the twice baked....5 minutes Pässe went up and I and my family 1. Once we all had to leave a restaurant because the service ON MY WIFES BDAY ...big work keg ...Darrell lol it is a JOKE
My husband and I usually have a big family gathering at Thanksgiving but this year, we found ourselves with an empty nest and decided to head out for dinner instead of cooking at home. We went to the Keg and had a fantastic time. Great...food double baked potato, prime rib, onion strings and a glass of Pinot Noir for me; peppercorn steak, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and a Heineken for my husband. The service was great as usual and included an advanced apology from our waitress to say that they were a bit under staffed that night but would do their best. We didn’t even notice any difference in service, but it was lovely that she thought to tell us in advance just in case there had been some delay. I had requested a quiet booth and that is exactly what we had. Will definitely be back.
