This restaurant is definitely becoming a new favorite of mine. At first, I was planning on ordering the lobster roll, but decided to try the crab roll instead to compare it to other crab dishes I've had. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and taste of the crab in the roll - it was excellent and not too heavy. In fact, I think I may prefer it over crab cakes now. The service was great and the staff were very helpful. The prices are on the higher side, so it's more of a special treat kind of place. For example, the crab soup costs $16 (but it does have jumbo lump crab in it), and the grilled cheese is $15, which is a bit steep. Despite the prices, I still think it's worth giving this place a try. In terms of vegetarian options, they offer salads and some bread. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp, although it can be a bit narrow in some areas inside, there is enough room to maneuver.
I recently spent a few days in OC and had been craving a lobster roll. Tonight, I decided to try Lizzi's and I was not let down. While I might say they are a bit on the expensive side, the lobster roll was delicious and I would definitely return for it.
