We called ahead to make sure they take coupons. She said “yes, one per person per day”. 4 of us walk in (two adults and our two kids) with three coupons and she says “I’m not taking all three, one per group”. I reminded her of the one per person per day. “She ended up taking 2 of them but had to use 2 different cards. Then at the end I asked the young man at the register what size drink with the combo should we take. She yelled from the other end “SMALL!!”. Definitely no customer service engagement skills. Still got to use 2 coupons but was not a pleasant experience at all.
There was a young girl who made my sandwich today, she grossed me out right away because she put the meats on the cutting board, she was not very friendly even to the people who just walked in. This location seems to be always struggling. I've never really liked the service at the Oconomowoc but I gave them another chance because I noticed there were new employees who seemed friendly. I would still recommend the Delafield location! They have way better employees who always give it 110
Came in on my lunch break and was patient with only 2 ladys in front of me. The girl working by herself precedes to tell me she has to do an online order.. after I was already waiting at least 5 minutes. Now impatiently preparing my sub, she was rude and rolled her eyes at me. Did not offer me a bag togo. Worst customer service experience ever at this location. And was late for my lunch. with the store EMPTY. Thanks! 0 stars.
It's just a Subway but the service was awesome and so was my sandwich. I'll definitely be coming back for another.
