Vår - Odense

Delicious and innovative food in a relaxed and cozy environment. So much thought has gone clearly into any court. The wine pairings were also incredible, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful, full of passion for what they served. A dinner in Vår is a real treat.

The very intimate restaurant serves modern food and wine with its own unique twists. It is very rare to experience this level of food and wine enthusiasm on plates and guided in glasses. You need to go to Copenhagen to find the appropriate quality of ingredients and service. The restaurant appears in the Michelin Guide and is nominated this year in the 'Danish Dining Guide'. Go ahead of your neighbour!

The diner went Crescendo, from a small bite to more developed dishes and finished with a generous and delicious desert. Respectable wines served, and the plates were nice and neatly prepared. What I most appreciate was how concentrated the flavors of each individual ingredient were. Really recommend if you're in Odense. Ratio price quality it totally worth.
