Chipotle Mexican Grill - Odessa

I was pleased to discover that there was a Chipotle in Odessa. I live in San Angelo and wish we had one here. I enjoyed my lunch and will definitely make a point to stop by every time I'm in Odessa.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl with steak, but the steak was not ready and I had to wait. When I went to pay, the cashier said my meal was free because of the inconvenience. I offered to pay again, but he insisted that if the service wasn't perfect, I shouldn't have to pay. It was great customer service! Kudos to Chipotle! They have gained a loyal customer.
