Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI've been to this restaurant three times this year, and it's the only sub shop I've found that is currently out of brown mustard. I went back after four months, only to find out that Subway has stopped offering brown mustard entirely. Furthermore, the meat slices are quite thin. I think it might be time to look for a new place to eat. Subway really needs to work on improving their quality.
I came in to order a couple of sandwiches, but the only employee I've seen in the past five minutes is sleeping in the back.
The last time I visited this restaurant, I ordered a sandwich with extra cheese. Unfortunately, the cashier was not the same person who made my sandwich, and she forgot to add the extra charge when ringing me up. Once she realized her mistake, it was too late, and even though the extra charge was only about a dollar, she made me go out to my car to get change to cover the cost of a bag of chips to make up for it. In the end, she simply added the extra charge on top of the chips, so I was glad I had brought some extra change with me. Looking back, I should have just left when they asked me to walk back to my car for their error. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Subway, and I don't plan on returning.
I am truly astounded by how poorly they handled the basics. It's evident that they only used a 6-inch portion of protein for my footlong sandwich. There were only two slices of bacon, one on each half, and not nearly enough grilled chicken to give the impression of any substantial meat. As for the sauce? It felt like they merely talked about it while assembling the sandwich, expecting the flavor to magically come through. The most comical oversight? No cheese. I really can't wrap my head around how that could happen. I won’t accept "We were out of American cheese" as an excuse, particularly since Subway franchises know it’s the most commonly used ingredient and should always have it in stock. I've come to realize that it’s worth my time and money to drive to the Subway at Ofallon Square instead of ordering from this location again. It’s edible, so I’ll rate it a 2 out of 5, but I certainly won’t overlook the numerous negative reviews next time.
The staff at the Bryan and Mexico Metro, as well as on LSL Blvd, are incredibly unfriendly! They appear to prioritize profits from new properties over customer satisfaction. It seems like they care more about making money than delivering quality service!
