Taco Time - Ogden

We spent a little over 48 min in the drive through. I tried so hard to give the benefit of the doubt because I have worked fast food before and I know what it can be like. But when I arrived at the window there was 5 individuals all in a circle talking and laughing and Two where on their phones looked like one individual working passing in and out of view. It also took a while for someone from the circle to come to the window to take my money. I was trapped in a drive through and I couldn't drive away and service really was not good. The staff are so friendly and responsive! I had a great experience there today. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible...EVERY TIME! I don't know why I even bother. I just stood at the drive through with no one in line and I kept asking if someone could help me.... I was rudly informed that it's gonna be a little bit! I waited for a quite a bit longer and then asked if someone could please help me and then no one responded. Finally, a woman came back on and yelled, its gonna be a bit!!!! The unprofessionalism is astonishing. I completely understand if there's staffing issues, but at least have the audacity to acknowledge and greet the people that come through the drive through to let them know...shame on the management! The food was delicious it was hot and fresh! The staff were very kind and patient and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Stuffed Mexi-Fries, Super Soft Taco

Spent $25.00 and they didn't put any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, unfortunately I had neither at home. I rated taste low because of no sauces.
