I love how the Chef Josh Overturf will come to our table and ask how we liked our meals. I know that a lot of time and effort is spent on planning and preparing these meals/must. We also have here for Ogden Restaurant Week and our anniversary and every time the food was delicious. I tried food that I would not normally order/eat and was not disappointed.
This is a secret jewel. I had no idea that such a professional service and food existed, especially a hotel. This is top food that tastes as good as it looks. We had scallops, salmon, cauliflower soup, desserts, chicken, etc. The staff puts a lot of thought not only into food, but also his presentation. I just ate and ate and ate and look forward to the next course. They use a gastronomic science behind so many small details that most people would overlook. If they put so much attention in the little things, you can only imagine how great the food tastes. This is something everyone should experience.
The best dinner I had by far. The service was great and very friendly. The food was even better. Placing was very impressive and the food was far behind expectations. The ambience and mood of the surroundings was also very beautiful. In any case, it is worth going whether you stay at the hotel or if you are a local.
I recently visited the Hilton Garden Grill Lounge in Ogden Utah, and I was amazed not only the high quality and delicious food, but also the service. This is just one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Such an inviting environment.
Chef Overturf is a real one. Rad seeing him the trails and talking story about life and the Mother Earth. Alohas always and looking forward to connecting again. Chuck Steele The Mālama Football Club
