This time I forgot some bread from Whole Foods so I ran over here and got the Vienna bread. We had a couple slices for dinner and the next day it's molded. In 12 hours bread should not mold. (See the pictures to what I woke up to the next morning to make some toast with my coffee ???????? and I almost didn't see it! This is not sanitary. This not safe for human consumption. I won't be shopping here again. There are plenty of other places to shop and spend our money at. There's no excuse. Not only are you taking people's hard earned money and giving them a product that isn't even stable.... You can make people really sick. Do better. The two stars is for the friendly staff I've encountered while shopping and nothing more. Don't shop here. Just just down the block and get quality for your money.
HORRIBLE customer service at the Pizza counter. Basically told me they could NOT make me an all veggie take and bake pizza (while they we?re making other take n bakes right in front of me) because they didn?t want to do it and said they had another person coming on duty at 4pm who would do it, and they were done making what they were going to make during their shift. Hard to find good help these days! They need to hire more people who are over 35 years of age and have a work ethic.
I like the small shopping carts but they almost never have any available. I don?t have this issue with Hen House or Price Chopper. Apparently buying more small carts is more than they?re willing to do to save customers business. I know I?m not the only customer with this issue.
This pharmacy is just poorly set up and on top of having no drive thru service for the bulk of the past year (no explanation, just coned off), they are consistently charging the wrong amount for GoodRx prescriptions. I finally reached my limit when I got two prescriptions charged the wrong amount and due to having cars behind me and not wanting to have them go through process of reprocessing and delaying everyone else, I just called GoodRx to help. The GoodRx rep reached out on my behalf to see if they would reprocess and honor the correct amount. The pharmacy manager said that I signed off on the amount and they would not reprocess. The GoodRx rep said that many times when this happens, a participating pharmacy will reprocess, so it was a matter of not caring about their error. Moving everything to Costco. I hope they improve whatever is dragging them down since they are much more convenient.
When they rarely get a delivery wrong, they make it right immediately. Hy-Vee Membership is amazing! Free stuff every month! Dunkin Donuts coffee and stuffed porkchops and more this month! Already paid for itself!
