Serafina La Concha - Old San Juan

Amazing ambience, food, service! This location is just a few minutes walk from most hotels on the main strip. Could not recommend this hot spot enough!

Two. This week. First time, the food order is 2x. But everything was good, so we went back. The service was sometimes slow and not available. 10 min to refill water. No one comes by to see if you need anything. I ordered Tito and Club. I have Scotch and Club. I sent it back and got a gin and tonic. Sent it back and no longer wanted at this point. Bruschetta was good, but easy. No one brought appetizer plates. It took 5 minutes to tell someone we would like them. Almost 10 minutes to get them. we're pretty good. Pasta bolognese was good, but there was not much pasta. Linguine vongole was good, but some shells didn't taste fresh. I ordered tiramisu and it was very good. For the price I would not recommend because there is a 50/50 chance that you do not get what you want or like, and the service was missing. They all seem to be running around so they might have to move around and work more intelligently.

With my daughter. Margherita Pizza was pretty good. Drinks were great. She ordered Pasta tagliolini tartufo. When it arrived, it was mush. Overcooked. She reorders. It's because she was worried it wouldn't come right, she asked for it with Farfall. When that came out, it was literally in a broth. Reordered came out right. It changed into a tomato sauce. Regrets the situation, but my dinner was very good. Farfalle with shrimps. One thing that no one excuses. I never send back food unless it's pretty bad, so an apology goes far. The DID does not calculate me for the duck that was the right one and very appreciated. I'd go back and hope this was a time. The ambience was beautiful. Noise level was fun vibe. Service well.

Excellent for a Birthday gathering. Best for nightlife.

Super smooth and accommodating for lunch with a baby. Good was amazing as usual and came out fairly quickly. I love the portions and of course the taste.
