Contribuir a la retroalimentación1 star is a compliment to this place where I start when we arrived, we stood 15 minutes before the entrance, before a worker came to the restaurant, a d that only brought the food on the only other table on the table. When she finally came by, she said she was supposed to sit somewhere so that we were going to have to sit and sit down, and she went into the bar where another worker spoke to her for about 5-10 minutes. we had no menus or drinks menus amd that no one had come by, then the 2 employees just went to the back kitchen after about 10 minutes, so we just got up and left. the other table said there when we “they are shocking here”. even the manager when we were at the reception to let them know how shocking it was, was not a help that just kind of stared at me as I told him and said I'm sorry. in my life I or my partner have received such terrible service (both work in restaurants themselves) as it was Valentine's Day at 7.30 o'clock, we thought that the night was ruined as we had to get a table somewhere in some places, we stayed in the hotel, which was in order, but we will never again come to one of these places.
The drink selection at the camp needed to change because my companion decided to try something different from what he initially ordered, which meant the bar staff had to retrieve it from the other bar. Additionally, there were no fried appetizers available because they had run out. My companion also ordered a specific dish, but unfortunately, they didn't offer that option either. However, he was very impressed with how his steak was cooked.
We waited 45 minutes for our appetizers. I barely found the mozzarella in my tomato and mozzarella salad. The spaghetti Bolognese arrived cold, and my daughter's pizza had a hair on it! Unfortunately, it all ruined my birthday celebration.
In the meantime, we were left without menus or drink options, and no one checked on us. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no service, the two staff members went to the kitchen without acknowledging us, prompting us to just get up and leave. The people at the other table remarked on how terrible the service was as we left. Even the manager couldn’t have cared less when we informed him about our experience. He just stared at me blankly as I expressed my disappointment, offering a half-hearted apology. Throughout our lives, neither my partner nor I have encountered such dreadful service, especially considering we both work in the restaurant industry. Since it was Valentine’s Day, and it was already 7:30 PM, we thought our evening was ruined. We managed to find a table elsewhere at a hotel where we were staying, which was fine, but we will definitely never return to this restaurant.
It was disappointed because there was only one waiter and my hand had to put on the service and our teller had to have taken away.
