Terrible serviceWe came in the lounge 9pm, ordered immediately10 mins later, the server said he lost the paper so took our orders again.

The lounge is in pretty rough shape, the seats are filthy and have zero padding left in them.

Flames was a favourite hangout for my friends and I over the past three years, but over the past year or so the lounge has gotten progressively worse.

We have not been to this restaurant for a few years and it was great to see they have renovated the place! It looks great and a lot more private with the center...

Overpriced menu for the quality of the food. Hamburger bun dry and crumbly, hamburger steak was small portion, tasteless, with cold French fries.

The food is delicious, the service is welcoming, and the dining atmosphere is cozy! Definitely worth the price. I highly recommend this restaurant!
