The food was pretty good. Like other folks’ experience, the service was slow. The vibe inside the bar/grill was really laid back. Despite the slow service, I’d return.
The furnace wasn't working. Service was good. The musicvwas so fun.
The place still smelled a bit like smoke. My family ordered food and my husband and kids got theirs in a reasonable amount of time. Mine came over an hour after my family was done eating because of a kitchen issue. They didn't offer to comp my meal or even discount it which was surprising. The staff was friendly and the waitress very apologetic but still. The food we got was decent. The tater tots were overdone tho. Not a place we'd be likely to try again.
I might be mistaken, but I thought this place was known for Craft Burgers . Boy was I disappointed. The menus looked like the same ones they used in the 90 's and they gave me a hint of what was in store....I ordered the Farmers Burger ??? Basically a Bacon Cheeseburger with a Fried Egg on top. The burger came out(after some time)and the best I can say is at least the veggies seemed fresh....Everything else was at Let Down. The Bun was(at least)Day Old, the burger patties were hot, but you could tell they were frozen because they were tasteless and dry on the inside. The bacon wasn 't even strips so much as little knarled bacon fat pieces strategically placed for effect and the egged seemed like it was fried in old grease and microwaved. The fries, which accompanied the burger were edible, but just so....The service was slow but the server was friendly. Overall I have to give Starskys a big thumbs down. If they are in the Craft Burger game, the game has passed them by
