However, the taco I received had tomato on it even though I specifically requested for no tomato due to my tomato allergy. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times for over 45 minutes, but nobody answered the phone despite the fact that they were not very busy at the time.
This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to. Many items on the menu have been unavailable for months. The ordering speaker is now hidden, causing a 10-minute wait in line just to reach it. After ordering, I waited for 2 minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment, making me think it was broken. Finally, after another 10-minute wait at the window, I was told they would not take my order there. I truly hope this place closes down soon.
Awful experience! I returned to work after going through the drive-thru only to find that my wrap was burned, with only three measly lettuce pieces and barely any meat inside. I essentially paid $10 for a dish of cheese. When I tried to ask for a refund, the phone line was constantly busy. I will never return to this restaurant. I would give zero stars if possible. When I received my order, I asked if that was everything and the worker replied, "I hope so?" It seems like they don't even check the orders they send out.
What can I say about taco bell? there is a reason that there is one of the highest range franchises out there. eating is addicted, and there is always a taco bell near them where they go! I miss the old days when they would run the specials on a simple bean burrito. but I guess these days are long gone... though.it's hard to hit their dollar menu! Five stars!
Worst restaurant ever. The employee Sarahtoga is a rude employee with a terrible attitude and a liar. I was there at 7:30 for breakfast and she stated the restaurant was closed as an excuse for being so slow. When I tried to explain that it was 7:30 and that they are supposed to be open since 7, and that I was on the speaker for over 2 minutes saying Hello without reply, she changed the excuse and stated they were short staffed and that she wouldn't take my order if I didn't go around and do the line again. They are short staffed, but there were no other customers when I arrived. What were they doing? Why the attitude? Can't you just say that you are not good for that job? More solutions and less excuses nor bad attitudes.
