Panera Bread - Oneonta

I had lunch here on a busy Sunday. The staff was working efficiently but they were obviously short-staffed. We had to wait a long time for our food. What I love about Panera is that they will happily modify any sandwich. The butternut squash soup wasoutstanding. Once we got our food we were satisfied with everything.

Ordered a large Cobb salad with chicken yesterday. When I got it home there was hardly any salad and chicken in the bowl. For the price I paid I'd at least like to get my money's worth. Won't go there again. Definitely ripped off!!!!!

I really disliked how long I had to wait for a grilled cheese sandwich was that was cold in the center. I waited 20 minutes for just a grilled cheese that I did not realize costed eleven dollars until after purchasing it. Needless to say I will not begoing back to that location.

Terrible service, had to wait 10 minutes to order and they were out of coffee and lemonade when I went to the machines. 15 minutes later and still no coffee. This is my last time here. This place is not inexpensive and should be better.

My husband and I went in for a coffee and something sweet in the early evening. There was only a light roast coffee available the other roasts were empty (Columbian coffee) or nearly so. The milks were down to half and half and 1%. There were very fewsweet breads left and what we picked out were not enjoyable. Did they put out the daily ration and just let it run out?
