El Pollo Loco - Ontario

Ordered the tostada chicken salad. Was good, thought they could have put more lettuce in.

Order taker was patient over the wireless in the drivethrough. When I added an item at the window, addition was done with out missing a beat. Attitude was good, speed was good, and food was well prepared. I've been to this location several times before and they have been consistantly good at both order taking and food prep, with a good attitude at the pickup window. I can recommend this location as a good one to get good food and good service. ?

Well as you can see, this is suppose to be a churro pretty flat if you ask me. Looks like someone was mad and said squish squish squish . This location is also REALLY slow. The guy at the register did trick me pretty good though. I told him oh can I get my cup for my soda and he said oh yeah what size and I said uhhh whatever size you want to give me and he responded with... it 's up to you....so I said pshhh give me a large! And after I filled up my soda I said hey can I get a lid and he said sorry we actually don 't have anymore lids for the large cups. Woooow got me good kid. Got me good.

Order was right and delish. Didn't have to wait long before it was delivered on board and crew member was very friendly. I can't ask for more if it's free!

Great place to eat and Jacob is a great worker I love the customer service here definitely recommend this ?
