Juice It Up! - Ontario

Employee was very rude. Has happened many times. Also very slow making smoothie and bowls.

The PB Moca Brew Smoothie was delicious but my experience at this Ontario location was horrible. The employees were very rude which made my visit very uncomfortable . I will not be spending my money here again.

I love juice it up and I usually order a Pineapple Punch from there. It used to be on the menu but they took it off a year or so ago. Even though it is no longer on the menu, I am able to order this item with no problem and the workers immediately know howto make it. However at this location, the worker told me that they don?t have it there and didn?t know how to make it. If youare going to work at a smoothie/drink place, you need to know how to make items that are no longer on the menu. It is one of themain parts of the job and should be common knowledge. As coming from someone in the food industry, this situation and the waythe cashier handled it is completely unprofessional.

I literally said I didn?t want banana twice and they still put it. I was the only one in the store with 4 workers and it took ten minutes to get my smoothie which wasn?t even blended all the way and had a bunch of big chunks. Hella annoying????

I ordered online so I can pick it up on my way to work. The employee said she didn't have my order. Asked if it was for door dash. I said no. Then she asked to see my phoneanf asked for the address to the location I ordered from. I showed her theconfirmation. She wanted me to hand her my phone. I said absolutely not. She said it hadn't gone through yet. Another man wentin to pick up his order. She handed him his order and suddenly mine appeared. It was already melted down. Not the best service!I usually order 3-4 times a week. Considering looking for a new location.
