Landings Restaurant And Bar - Ontario

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant and made a reservation since we had never been there before. Our reservation was for 5:00, but when we arrived, the place was closed. We thought we could wait a bit in case they were just running late. Another family showed up and also waited. Eventually, the closed sign was taken down and the lights came on, but no one came to greet us or provide any information. One of the other guests went inside to ask about what was going on, but by that point, my husband and I had lost patience with the situation. We left at 5:30 without having a chance to sample the food, as the service was dreadful and there was a complete lack of communication from the staff to those of us waiting to be seated. We will not be returning.
