The waiter offered to change it, but to be nice, my wife didn't say to care, but she would still like to take the Frappe. I ordered the black burger on the menu as we were 7 minutes too late to have breakfast (12:07pm). Then the food took an entire hour to arrive (probably because of an unspecified kitchen problem). Finally, when I wanted to pay at the end, the waiter tells me that the card machine does not work. There are Visa and MasterCard logos throughout the building and I had 25 Lei in my bag. Luckily my wife had enough money or we would have been in trouble. Do not consider this place cheap (125 Lei for a meal and four soft drinks) I told the waiter that he would have advised us about card payments before we ordered, and he said, “You didn’t ask.”. Really? Before ordering at the Hilton DoubleTree, should I ask where there are even Visa/MasterCard characters on the rotating doors? It looks like someone needs a lesson in customer service. The only reason I gave 2/5 and was not 1/5 because the food was good when it arrived. If that was a cheap place, I could forgive the problems, but I expect more of a place that costs so much. The grapefruit juice we did not order (but of course we were for) was 18 Lei...
This is also part of The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. I can't blame anyway, everything here is wonderful.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere everything lovely ! We had a lemonade with fresh mint served perfectly.
