Publix Super Market At Pine Tree Plaza

This Pubix is not the biggest but it may be the friendliest! I have had to bring my wheelchair for my last few visits while I recuperate and from the minute I started 2 wheel in someone was there to help me. They got me a motorized cart, parked my wheelchair and told me just cl them when i was done 2 retrieve. They offered 2 help with my shopping got items 4 me and stayed with me in frozen to open doors and pick up high items. This has been the same 4 every visit! Mr. Gomez one of the mgrs was very helpful and even ordered for me items they were out of(never seem 2 hv Lays Cheddar and Sour Cream Chips or Pepsi Mango lol) and Anthony, Fran Keisha and Jamal (he's in meat always gladly made smaller pkgs for me and did special orders with a smile) are just some of all the nicest employees who helped me. I had bn doing Instacart while laid up but when I can go to a store like this and look at everything myself and pick out exactly what I want without being rushed with the fantastic help I got it's worth the time and effort.

Always clean and their employees are nice and very helpful.

Every time I go to this Publix I get the vibe that I’m not welcomed. It’s obviously something about people of color that makes them want to watch you like a hawk by the kiosks or scan a 5 dollar bill like it’s fake. They need training from managers to employees especially the elders they show their racism more. Do better! Because for now I’ll go to another Publix because every year y’all hire another racist.

Managers stereo type black kids following them around the store scaring the 3 school kids and then the manager lied saying it's store policy etc etc yet while there were multiple other race of kids walking around with their bookbags on freely. And something needs to be done about this ... Or I'll be contacting a news station with these video clips as well as the rest of the videos and locations.
