Nothing Bundt Cakes - Orland Park

I live in Atlanta, GA, and I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday from Covenant of Cake without calling ahead. When I called, the person who answered was very friendly. They took my order and delivered the cake to my house on time. I am really happy with the service!

I had a gorgeous Bundt cake for my birthday, and it was Snickerdoodle flavor! It was incredibly delicious—almost too beautiful to eat. The presentation was a perfect 10/10!

I’m not a huge fan of Covenant Cakes. I frequently come here to buy cakes for various occasions and holidays, but I was really let down during my visit today while looking for a cake for Ramadan. There were absolutely no decorations or cake toppers related to Ramadan displayed! I believe all holidays should be appropriately represented and showcased. When I inquired about Ramadan-themed items, they brought out a single cake topper to show me.

You were in Orland Mall today. Asked the price and he said to buy 4 for $20 and get 2 free. I told my wife and she went and bought her. 15 minutes later he will charge $25. We'll never buy anyone who's dishonest.

I love the cakes, but the service is not good. I never feel welcomed in this store. The energy is always off, I am never greeted and today was the icing on the cake. I placed an order online for two bundt cakes. I had a discount on one of the cakes. And I read the fine print before I place the order. I visited this afternoon too pick up my cakes and the lady at the counter only punched my reward card once. I have had other encounters with this store and in the past my rewards card would be punched twice with discount or not for however many cakes I’d buy. I did not want to cause conflict so I let her punch the card once and I left. I will take my patronage elsewhere. Why offer the punch card if you want to be skimpy about the perks.
